A Message from the LORD to Spain
So let me preface by saying these are not my own thoughts or my own opinions. The bold, caps, and underlines are as He directs me to write what He says. This is the Word of the Lord, delivered to me on April 2, just before the Semana Santa processions here in Seville. I picked up my pen, as I do nearly every morning, and the Lord had a VERY pressing message that started with:

Maya, tell them about the One True God you sought with all your heart and HE answered you and delivered you. YOU THOUGHT YOU KNEW Me…you went to church, you sang the songs, you read the Word…
BUT until you CRIED OUT TO ME, until you HUMBLED YOURSELF and said, “Not my will but YOURS. Not MY WAY, GOD, BUT YOURS!”
THEN I could speak to you and your ears were open to My voice once more. I wish to commune with SO MANY this way. For them to truly humble themselves before the Lord Almighty, the One True God. Truly be led by Me.
Religiosity cannot be their god. Podcasts cannot be their god. Idols CANNOT BE THEIR GOD… MARY CANNOT BE THIER GOD! Oh the blasphemy!! Does that not stench of the putrid smell of pagan goddess idolatry?? Ishtar? Aman? Ashtoreth? ( Note: I looked them up- they are the old fertility goddesses of pagan idolatry the Lord spoke against in the Old Testament)
Oh wicked nations WHO LIFT UP IDOLS and carry them on their shoulders, while the onlookers cry and carry on as though THAT IS THEIR GOD! It burns my nostrils with its STENCH! They need to WAKE UP! There is NO OTHER GOD BESIDES ME! I will accept NO OTHER WORSHIP than a heart humbled before ME and lifting up MY HOLY NAME as their Lord and Savior. Go today and see for yourself. The solemn procession… all of those who follow and mourn as though I am perpetually on that cross. I WON the VICTORY and they know it not. They idolize grave objects as though they hold the keys to LIFE!
ONLY I, risen from the grave, can give LIFE! And Life abundantly!
Why spend your life gazing at funeral objects? What futility is that? That’s how you use the days I give you??
I formed each person to LIVE for ME, and get much accomplished FOR ME and for MY Kingdom. Not bury their minds in a funeral day after day.
Come back from the grave and live! Come back from the grave and live FOR ME.
Do things relevant to my return. Help Others. Pray for others to come alive ( back from their life of sin) and return to ME. Live a life WORTHY of ME.
Gazing at grave objects is A PAGAN PRACTICE NOT FIT for My people.
I ROSE from the grave. I conquered the grave. Why stay focused on the grave when I offer REAL LIFE to live out the rest of your days! Return to REAL Worship of ME, your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave all of my life so you could truly live yours. (for ME)
Maya, tell these people, they worship Me IN VAIN. They follow rules and religion taught by mere men.
I love them and wish for them to return to ME.

As I heard it, I could feel the anger and the extreme sadness of the Lord. He created all people, gave them a purpose and a future - and they repay Him by praying to other “gods” as though they have the power to bless, heal or provide for their needs. He sacrificed Himself on the cross as the FINISHED sacrifice, but they act as though that sacrifice has to be re-enacted every week in order to “gain access” to forgiveness and mercy. They have returned to a form of “worship” the Lord hates.
